該系列磁選機(jī)是當(dāng)今應(yīng)用廣的一種濕式磁選機(jī)。它適用于6mm以下的磁鐵礦、磁黃鐵礦、焙燒礦、鈦鐵礦等物料的濕式磁選，也可用于煤、非金屬礦、建材等物料的除鐵作業(yè)。磁選機(jī)的磁系，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鐵氧體材料或與稀土磁鋼復(fù)合而成，筒表平均磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為100-600mT（即1000-6000高斯）。根據(jù)用戶的需要，可提供順流、逆流、半逆流型等多種不同表強(qiáng)的磁選機(jī)。本產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、處理量大、操作方便、易于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點。 順流型（CTS）：給礦方向與圓筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向或磁性產(chǎn)品的移動方向一致，此類機(jī)適用于0-6mm的磁性礦石的精選和粗選，且精礦品位較高。 逆流型（CTN）：給礦方向圓筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向或磁性產(chǎn)品的移動方向相反，此類機(jī)適用于0-0.6mm磁性礦石的粗選和掃選，以及選煤工業(yè)中的重介質(zhì)回收。該類型機(jī)的尾礦中金屬流失較優(yōu)少，金屬回收率高，故用來回收尾礦為有利，但精礦品位不夠高。 半逆流型（CTB）：給礦方向或磁性產(chǎn)品移動方向與圓筒旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相同，而非磁性產(chǎn)品移動與圓筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反，該機(jī)型體的下部插有沖水管，用來調(diào)節(jié)選別作業(yè)的礦漿濃度。該機(jī)型適用于0-0.5mm的磁性礦石的粗選和精選，尤其適用于0-0.15mm的強(qiáng)磁性礦石的精選，回收率及精品位都較高。 The series of magnetic separator is the most widely used wet magnetic separator. Semi- reverse current (CTB): the direction of feeding or magnetic products is the same with the direction of rotating cylinder and the direction of cylinder rotation is opposite with the direction of non-magnetic products. The lower part of the machine are plugged wash pipe to regulate the thickness of concentration.
