The spray dryer is the most widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for the production of powdery, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pastes. Therefore, spray-drying is an excellent process when particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet precise criteria.

生產(chǎn)過程簡化，操作控制方便。對于含濕量40-60％(特殊物料可達(dá)90％)的液體能一次干燥成粉粒產(chǎn)品，干燥后不需粉碎和篩選，減少生產(chǎn)工序，提高產(chǎn)品純度。對產(chǎn)品粒徑，松密度，水份，在一定范圍內(nèi)可通過改變操作條件進(jìn)行調(diào)整，控制和管理都很方便。

適應(yīng)物料 Application

化學(xué)工業(yè): 氟化鈉(鉀)、堿性染料顏料、染料中間體、復(fù)合肥、甲醛硅酸、催化劑、硫酸劑、氨基酸、白炭黑等;

Chemical industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dye pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizer, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon black and so on;

塑料樹脂：AB，ABS乳液、尿醛樹脂、酚醛樹脂、密膠(脲)甲醛樹脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等;

Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, dense plastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, PVC and so on;

食品工業(yè)：富脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、代乳粉、獵血粉、蛋清(黃)等;

Food industry: rich milk powder, arm, cocoa milk powder, milk powder, blood meal, egg and so on;

食物及植物：燕麥、雞汁、咖啡、速溶茶、調(diào)味香料肉、蛋白質(zhì)、大豆、花生蛋白質(zhì)、水解物等;

陶瓷：氧化鋁、瓷磚材料、氧化鎂、滑石粉等。
